The Problem: Universal high-friction security (complex passwords) was causing login failure.
The Strategy: Implemented Adaptive Authentication. We allowed "Low-Risk" users (known devices) a fast-path, while "Stepping Up" security only for high-risk actions.
Result: Reduced cognitive load while maintaining HIPAA-level security.

Multi-Channel Identity Continuity
The Problem: Users would start a recovery flow on a desktop but get their MFA code on a phone, leading to "session breaks."
The Strategy: Designed the "Hand-off" experience. I ensured that the AEM-driven instructional copy and Angular-based input fields were visually and functionally identical across Mobile and Web to maintain user trust.
